Just stopped by to let you know...

Someone once suggested that if I intend to leave the site unupdated for a long period of time I should at least leave a little note so that everyone doesn't keep checking back everyday hoping to see a new episode.  The thing is, I've never intended to abandon the website; it just happens that way.  This time, however, I'm looking at my calendar and I think that I can say that there will not be a new episode in December.  So there you go.  Oh, I'll be back in 2007, don't worry.  A lot of you new people may not realize this, but this comic started in 2003.  Sporadic updates are par for the course.

I guess we'll lose some traffic over this, but what do I care about traffic?  I don't sell ads.

  1. Man, I know exactly how you feel.

I tried doing a comic years ago, and it's rough going. My updates were even more sporadic than yours.

I've got you on my RSS ticker, so I know when you're posting.

    Keep up the great work!

  4. Obviously I'd like to see new episodes appear more often, but I'd hate to see you compromise quality for quantity so I'm content to wait. Thanks for letting us know what's happening, it gives us hope :)

  5. But we care!
Ok, I can't even manage to update a blog regularly, I have no right to complain. But I love your work and will probably still come back and check it throughout the rest of this year and well into the next.

  6. Not a problem, maestro. Reading the comic is a privilege, and I think I speak for a number of us when I say: happy holidays, do what you need to for the stress-filled mind, and I'll keep checking now and then for an update to this great strip.

  8. I won't forget to check back in '07. It's been I think two years since I first found your comic and I've been a'followin'. Your genre is an untapped vein of chocolate-coated space-gold.
